As well as providing body tracking measurements I provide nutrition and dietary management plans designed to optimise your performance and training.
Pt sessions are tailored to your specific requirements and can be home based or carried out in a variety of locations. i work closely with the Wellness centre and Volt gym and have special discounted rates available for clients wishing to train at these centres.
I offer specific strength and conditioning courses as well as
