    PERSONAL TRAINING 

    It's not just running! as well as being an Ultra Runner I am a qualified personal trainer and provide individual training sessions designed to help you achieve your specific health and fitness goals-  Whatever they may be. 

    As well as providing body tracking measurements I provide nutrition and dietary management plans designed to optimise your performance and training.

     

    Pt sessions are tailored to your specific requirements and can be home based or carried out in a variety of locations. i work closely with the Wellness centre and Volt gym and have special discounted rates available for clients wishing to train at these centres.  

    I offer specific strength and conditioning courses as well as

    online coaching and mentoring
