    What Kayleigh's Fitness has to offer...

    Kayleigh's Fitness Run Club is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Encouraging people to get fit, happy and healthy through running.

    Running offers many benefits both physical and mental. 

    Kayleigh's Fitness run club is a supportive and encouraging running community where league tables and times aren't the most important thing.

    There are no egos, we show up, try our best and have fun whilst enjoying the beautiful countryside views and the fresh air. 

     

    SUNDAY MORNING RUN CLUB

    Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. 

    Meeting in Hilldale, Lancashire at 9am. 

    The group start with a structured warm up and some functional dynamic running drills. 

    We then head off together on a planned route, its very relaxed we have meeting points throughout the route along with selfie stops!   

     

    Epic Adventures

    Epic Adventures are exclusively available to our run club members. After being placed in a group with individuals of a similar level of fitness we  head off for a day in the hills.

    All Epic Adventures are lead by Daddy Dave a highly experienced Ultra runner and fell runner. All our leaders are highly experienced and hold a

    fell leadership certificate.  

    BASIC MAP READING/NAVIGATION COURSE 

      The 4 week training course is held on Monday nights at 7pm. during the course you will learn basic skills too help you read and follow a map, learning how to take and follow a bearing, plot and follow a route on a map

    On week 4 we get outside and try out our new skills putting everything into practice.    

     

    RUN CONDITIONING COURSE  

    A 6 week course in all things running, helping you reach your goals. 

    Performance nutrition, strength training, mobility, mindset, strength and conditioning. 

    Sessions are held Monday evenings and are ran as a block of 6 sessions.
